Your appointments are extremely important to us as we have reserved time especially for you. But we know life happens…we respectfully ask for a minimum of 48 hours should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
We also understand emergencies arise. Forgetting to cancel or reschedule an appointment without ample notice means our technicians don’t have the opportunity to service another guest. We may ask for a credit card on file or a deposit on a future appointment if 2 or more appointments are missed.
We will ask for a credit card on file for services that require extended scheduled time. If the appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled a minimum of 48 hours in advance, 50% of the service’s fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
Let us know if you are going to be running late for a scheduled appointment. Our technicians will do their best to accommodate your services, if at all possible. We may need to reschedule your services if we are unable to deliver the quality of service you expect from us or if there will be a disruption to another guest’s services.
SUNDAY APPOINTMENT INFORMATION
We service guests on Sunday's by appointment only. Only our team members and guests with scheduled reservations will be in our salon and spa. Appointments for Sunday's must be scheduled by the previous Saturday, the latest. If you need to call on a Sunday, feel free to leave a message and your call will be returned by the following Tuesday morning.
Salon & Spa Policy
We love children too, but for their safety and for the relaxing experience of others, we ask that children do not accompany you to the salon or spa unless they are scheduled for services.
Relax, Renew, Recharge are standards of service at SydneyAlbert Salon & Spa. To create an environment where we can meet this expectation, please keep cell phone use to a minimum while in any area where others are receiving services.
We graciously accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards, cash or check. We do not add gratuities to a credit card transaction; however we do offer an alternative option called “Tippy” should you choose to tip your technician(s) using a credit card. A Guest Services Representative will be happy to assist you in this process. Cash and/or Venmo are also alternatives for gratuities.
Spa Finder Gift Cards
We accept Spa Finder Gift cards for spa services only. They cannot be used on salon services.
We know that professional at-home products are paramount in the upkeep of your hair, skin and nails. We proudly guarantee our work when the prescribed professional maintenance products are used at home. We also guarantee the pricing on any or our at-home products. We are happy to price match any product you find elsewhere…all you need to do is show us.

Some of our staff will choose to wear a mask, some will not.
Some of our guests will choose to wear a mask, some will not.
Our Service Providers are happy to wear a mask if requested.
As a company, we will not ask our guests to disclose their vaccination status.
We ask that our guests respect our staff's privacy and personal health as well.
We will continue ALL sanitation and disinfection protocols.
